What information is used?
Hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information and access logs. Selected products and quotation lists are stored in your browser's session storage.
The name or company name, email and notes entered into the enquiry form are used in your browser to prepare a request text. Preparing it does not send us your data. We receive it when you send it through your email application. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
Purposes & legal grounds
Contact and quotation details are used to answer enquiries, discuss products and supply terms, and perform steps relating to forming or fulfilling a contract. Records may also be processed to meet legal obligations and protect rights. Security logs are assessed for system security without infringing fundamental rights and freedoms.
Advertising measurement
With your permission, the Google Ads tag loads for advertising measurement. Google may process your IP address, browser details, visited pages and advertising interactions to assess performance. Personalised advertising is disabled. Change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer.
Service providers & maps
Hosting, security and email providers may access technical data when delivering their services. Google Maps loads only with your permission. Your IP address and browser information may then be sent to Google, which may use its own technologies. Address and directions links remain available without map consent.
External services may process data outside Türkiye. Applicable data-transfer requirements must be considered separately. This notice or a general cookie preference alone does not establish a legal basis for an international transfer.
Retention & security
Quotation correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet relevant legal obligations. It should then be deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for internet communications.

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you may ask whether your data is processed, request information on its purpose and recipients, and seek correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met.
