Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a product, our return policy is set out below:

Return Process:

1. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product.
2. Send your return request to iade@seckinboncuk.com by email or by calling our customer service line.
3. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.

Return Conditions:

1. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
2. Discounted items may be excluded from returns where stated on the product page.

Returns:

1. Our customer service team reviews your return request and approves or rejects it. Approved returns receive a return code.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging with the return code and send it to our return address.
3. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product.
4. We cover the shipping cost paid for the return.

1. After inspection, your payment is refunded through the original payment method.
2. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product. Your bank's processing time may delay the refund appearing in your account by a few days.
